What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Marketing & Insights Intern, you will:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in creating engaging job advertisements that reflect Unilever’s brand voice.
- Assist with recruitment campaigns, newsletters, and digital communications to connect with potential candidates.
- Help monitor and analyse the performance of job boards and digital recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to develop content that highlights Unilever’s people, culture, and values.
- Learn to use advanced tools such as Radancy and CRM platforms to enhance candidate engagement and recruitment efficiency.
- Gain insight into how global talent attraction strategies are developed and implemented.

HOW TO APPLY
Industrial Engineering (ManEx) Internship
LOCATION: Anderbolt Factory – Boksburg
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete all learnership requirements as stipulated by Unilever, including but limited to training attendance, assessments completion, project completion, logbook completion and presentations as needed
- The Industrial Engineer role is critical to the development of our factories to World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste and zero losses.
- She/he will apply extensively the full range of Focused and Quality Improvement methods and tools to counter losses identified in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Customer Service and Logistics. The Cost Deployment pillar will be populated with data built up through application of the Managing Manufacturing Performance Code, which is key to ensuring focus on key losses.
