FSCA Wealth Management Learnership 2026: Apply For Financial Services Training Programme

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is inviting applications for its Wealth Management Learnership Programme. This opportunity is ideal for matriculants who want to gain skills and work experience in the financial services sector.

About The FSCA Learnership Programme

This 12-month Learnership is designed to equip young South Africans with foundational knowledge, practical skills and workplace experience in wealth management and financial advisory services.

The programme also supports the FSCA’s mission to:

– Promote fair treatment of financial customers
– Strengthen the integrity of financial markets
– Improve financial education and awareness
– Maintain financial stability in South Africa

What The Programme Offers

Successful candidates will participate in a structured training programme that includes both theoretical and practical components.

Learners will:

– Receive formal training in wealth management
– Gain workplace experience in relevant FSCA business units
– Be mentored by experienced professionals
– Take part in competency-based learning activities

Who Should Apply?

This Learnership is open to unemployed South African matriculants who are interested in building a career in the financial services industry.

The FSCA encourages applications from individuals from underrepresented groups, including persons with disabilities.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the FSCA Wealth Management Learnership, applicants must:

– Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
– Have completed Grade 12
– Be currently unemployed
– Not have previously participated in a Learnership programme
– Have an interest in financial services and wealth management

Added Advantages:

– Basic computer skills
– Good communication abilities

Duration
