The Engen Graduate Trainee Programme provides participants with meaningful workplace experience, professional development and exposure to real business challenges.
Through practical experience, mentoring, coaching, structured learning and cross-functional exposure, graduates will have the opportunity to develop the skills and capabilities needed to build successful careers and prepare for future leadership roles.

Engen Graduate Programme Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Have completed, or be studying towards, a relevant qualification in one of the listed disciplines, with completion required by the end of 2026.
- Have a strong academic record with an overall average of at least 70%.
- Demonstrate leadership potential.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a passion for learning, innovation and continuous improvement.
