| Minimum Requirements | Matric
2 Years’ experience in an administrative role within a fleet maintenance/ workshop environment |
| Duties & Responsibilities | Office Administration
Maintain accurate filing records for vehicle fleet Order department stationary as required Compile daily & monthly fuel usage reconciliations Activating fuel orders on Freeway system and generate purchase orders Capture time spent by mechanics on allocated job cards Adhoc administrative tasks as delegated by fleet manager Assist stock controller with storekeeping & stock counts Fleet Maintenance Daily review of vehicle schedule for maintenance & licensing. Coordinate & capture tyre management data on to Pro-fleet system. Secure vehicle fleet licensing is up today and keep accurate records of expiry dates Knowledge Office Administration MS Office Fleet Management Software (Advantageous)Skills Verbal and written communication Computer literacy |
