Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a store supervisor at The Fun Company Group. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store operations.
Responsibilities:
– Opening and closing of the store
– Managing the overall operations and activities of each department.
– Ensuring staff and guests follow all set policies and procedures.
– Resolving conflicts or complaints from guests and employees by determining optimal solutions.
– Monitor and maintain store inventory. ( Stock management).
– Complete and accurate reporting.
– Ensuring cash ups are done correctly and submitted daily.
– Ensuring all documents and reports are ready for cash collection.
– Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring employees provides the same level of standards.
– Ensuring that the interior and exterior of the store is maintained to Company standards.
– Co ordinate and execute functions such as sales, Birthday parties and corporate events.
– Communicate and execute all marketing programs.
– Monitor loss prevention.
– Managing HR administration.
– Shift schedulings
– Motivation of employees.
– Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our packages, pricing, and special offers.
– Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and booking quotas.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a guest service or retail role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Availability to work weekends, and holidays as required.
