Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile requests for Materials
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Keep track of purchases and supplies ensuring that they arrive/are delivered on time
  • Handle questions about orders
  • Respond to questions from customers and suppliers about the status of orders
  • Handle requests to change or cancel orders
  • Cultivate customer satisfaction
  • Researching and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with all suppliers to ensure speedy and accurate deliveries.

Qualification:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Min of 3 years in a similar position within the Building / Construction Industries
