Our graduate programme is a tremendous opportunity for forward-thinking, passionate individuals searching for an environment that is vibrant, challenging and rewarding in which to grow their skillsets. To facilitate this, we have several business units within consulting looking for talent, graduates will be leveraged across the business units within consulting as part of the graduate programme run over two years.

General responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be required to work in teams, together with experienced consultants, to deliver on client facing engagements. This may include:

  • Assistance in the execution of the project scope (including the use of relevant and innovative software / technology tools)
  • Brainstorming ideas and solutions with their team members
  • Identifying areas for improvement for and creating solutions to streamline the client’s service delivery / organisational structures and ways of working / technology / governance & control / performance data & insights / processes and procedures.
  • Research and collection of evidence (including information required to stress-test the client’s perspectives on the reason for their challenges)
  • Assistance with project control (initiation, tracking, reporting, risk management, budget analysis)
  • Liaising with all levels of client personnel (e.g., hosting client interviews, meetings, and workshops)
  • Creation and presentation of client deliverables (data models, reports, presentations etc.)
  • Assisting with the development client proposals

Qualifications

Qualifications Required (Undergraduate / Honours / Masters): 

  • BSc Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems / Data Science or similar
  • BCom Information Systems (IS) / Informatics / Computer Science or similar
  • BusSc. Computer Science / Information Technology or similar
  • BSc / BEng Mechanical Engineering (with IT/IS modules) or similar
  • Engineering degrees (Industrial, Mechanical and Electrical and Information) or similar
  • BCom Mathematics or similar
  • BSc Mathematical Sciences / Mathematics and Economics or similar
  • BSc Mathematical Statistics and Economics or similar
  • BSc Applied Mathematics & Computer Science / Actuarial Science or similar
  • Degree in Business Mathematics and Informatics or similar
  • BCom Economics or Honours in Economics / Econometrics or similar
  • BCom Supply Chain Management or similar
  • BCom Supply Chain Procurement or similar
  • BCom Management Accounting or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar
  • BCom in Business Finance Business Management degrees or similar
  • Master’s in industrial psychology – only students with a Masters or currently completing their Masters studies will be considered
  • Masters in HR / Honours student starting their Masters (Post-Graduate Diploma)
