Absa Learnership Requirements

Applicants who want to apply for the Absa Home Loans Learnership must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be between 18 and 30 years old
  • Be a South African citizen or permanent resident
  • Have a completed Degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
  • Be proficient in English
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Not be registered for another learnership, internship or qualification programme
  • Be computer literate
  • Be self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Be able to commit to the full 12-month programme

Absa Learnership Stipend And Duration

The Absa Home Loans Learnership will run for a period of 12 months.

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend during the programme.
