TotalEnergies Supply Chain Learnerships 2026

Looking to start a career in supply chain or operations? TotalEnergies is offering four 12-month Supply Chain Learnerships for young South Africans eager to gain workplace experience.

This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who want to build practical skills in a structured and safety-focused environment.

About The TotalEnergies Learnership

The learnership forms part of the company’s Operations division and provides hands-on exposure to daily operational activities. Learners will receive practical training while developing essential workplace skills needed in the supply chain and logistics sector.

Minimum Requirements

To apply for the TotalEnergies Supply Chain Learnership, candidates must:

– Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
– Have basic computer literacy (MS Office)
– Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
– Be willing to learn, follow instructions and work in a team
– Show responsibility, accuracy and reliability

Advantageous Qualifications And Experience

– A qualification or studies in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
– Computer Applications Technology (CAT) as a subject or similar experience
– Exposure to customer service, stock control or reconciliation processes
