Tenacity is offering an exciting Call Centre Learnership Programme designed to equip you with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience — and applications are now open!

What Is This Learnership About?

Tenacity is providing a 15-month learnership programme where selected candidates will get the opportunity to study and work at the same time. This is a unique chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification in Micro Finance (NQF Level 4) while receiving valuable workplace experience in a professional customer service environment.

This programme combines classroom-based training with on-the-job learning, giving learners the skills needed to succeed in a dynamic call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Learnership participant, you will be expected to:

Attend training sessions and complete all assessments.

Submit a comprehensive Portfolio of Evidence.

Deliver excellent service to customers via various communication channels.

Resolve customer queries and handle complaints professionally.

Complete administrative tasks related to customer account management.

Follow company policies and procedures consistently.

Who Should Apply?

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who:

Have a Grade 12 qualification, with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.

Are currently unemployed and not studying (full-time or part-time).

Have not completed a learnership or skills programme in the past 12 months.

Are available to work shifts and weekends.

Possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn.
