MTN South Africa is calling on young South Africans to apply for its Destined for Greatness Programme 2025—a learnership designed to empower youth, unlock potential, and create meaningful career pathways. This programme is part of MTN’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and youth development, offering recent school leavers the chance to gain valuable skills and professional exposure.
Who Can Apply?
This opportunity is open to candidates who meet the following requirements:
– Must have completed Matric with at least a C in English and a C in Mathematical Literacy
– Must not hold a tertiary qualification
– Must be available to start on 1 November 2025
– Must be a South African citizen
Programme Locations
Successful applicants will be placed in one of the following provinces:
Western Cape | Eastern Cape | KwaZulu-Natal | Mpumalanga | Limpopo | Gauteng
