Motus Aftermarket Parts is seeking vibrant,driven and ambitious individuals to join its Sales Cadet Programme—a dynamic 24-month training initiative designed to develop young individuals for careers in sales within the automotive industry, particularly at Aftermarket Parts branches. It focuses on building sales skills, product knowledge, and interpersonal abilities, with the goal of preparing individuals for potential management positions.
Location:
Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal (Applicants must reside in either province)
Stipend:
R8,500 per month
Age Requirement:
Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old
Minimum Requirements:
- A completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Must have a clear criminal record
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas and actively listen to customers’ needs.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to confidently present solutions, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Eagerness to learn and understand technical details about aftermarket automotive parts.
