Anglo American has exciting opportunities for Learnerships. The purpose of this role is to participate in a structured Learnership Programme, gaining practical and theoretical experience.
The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enroll in an external 8- month Process Cadet program or Unemployed 4 months Cadet program..

Minimum Entry Requirements
- Grade 12 with relevant subjects
- Must have obtain a pass mark of 40% and above
- Must be medically fit
- Must be prepared to work on surface
- Work in accordance to work schedule of area and could possibly involve working shifts
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must pass the relevant psychometric assessment
- Must pass K53 Simulator Assessment
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
- South African Driver’s license will be advantageous
A stipend/allowance per month, for duration of cadetship
