About the Learnership Programme
Citi South Africa is inviting graduates to join its one-year Learnership Programme in Investment Banking. This programme provides hands-on experience across various Citi business units, giving you practical exposure while developing your professional skills. Graduates may also apply for permanent positions during the year and are sponsored for a postgraduate qualification relevant to their field of work.
What to expect

Who should apply
