Position: IT Technician
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage servers, routers, firewalls, switches, and related network equipment.
• Configure and maintain servers, PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Coordinate the installation and movement of IT hardware and software.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery protocols.
Job Requirements:
•CompTIA A+ Certification
•CompTIA N+ Certification
•MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) Certification
•Proven experience in a similar IT support or technician role
•Working knowledge of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, etc.)
