About the Discovery Internship Programme
An internship is a structured programme that provides unemployed graduates with on-the-job training and practical work experience. The Discovery Internship Programme, launched in 2006, has played a significant role in developing young professionals and preparing them for the world of work.
To date, the programme has supported more than 480 graduates, with an average permanent placement rate of 71% after completion. Successful candidates join a high-performing team and gain valuable exposure in a fast-paced, professional environment.
