Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme 2026
The Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme aims to develop future Sales Executives by providing exposure to the automotive retail environment and customer-focused sales practices.
Participants will work closely with experienced sales professionals while learning the fundamentals of vehicle sales, customer engagement and relationship management.
Responsibilities
As part of the programme, trainees will:
- Participate in the Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme and training activities.
- Develop product knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and sales techniques.
- Support Sales Executives with customer interactions and sales processes.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Maintain showroom standards and promote the Hyundai brand.
- Build strong customer relationships while meeting programme objectives.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in automotive sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven approach.
- Professional attitude and presentation.
Advantageous Qualifications And Experience
The following will be beneficial but are not mandatory:
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- A Degree or Diploma qualification.
