Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Employee benefits Claims Clerk to join our team. This role plays a critical part in processing employee benefits claims accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in handling employee benefits claims, a clear credit record, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Process withdrawal claims for employee benefits in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Review documentation submitted for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Maintain records of claims processed and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to strict deadlines and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in processing employee benefits claims.
Clear credit record.
High school diploma or equivalent (Matric).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
