About the Internship
This internship is aimed at students or recent graduates who are eager to develop professional skills and support the Customer Services Department. Interns will receive a monthly stipend and gain hands-on experience while working with one of South Africa’s leading educational publishing companies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Completed or studying towards a National Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivated, responsible, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and multitask
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with administrative duties within the Customer Services team
    • Process customer orders and ensure accurate data capturing
    • Respond to customer queries professionally via phone and email
    • Maintain filing systems and update customer records
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Support continuous improvement efforts in customer service operations
