About Our Client:

 

Our reputable client in Pretoria seeks an experienced Catering Manager to oversee daily catering operations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

– Manage catering services, ensuring quality food and service delivery

– Plan and coordinate menus, events, and functions

– Supervise catering staff, providing training and development

– Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety

– Control inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budgets

– Build and maintain client relationships

– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

 

Requirements:

 

– Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Catering, or related field

– 5 years’ experience in catering and food sector

– Proven management experience

– Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

– Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

– Availability to start immediately

 

Preferred Candidate:

 

– Affirmative Action candidate (AA female)

– Experience in managing catering teams

– Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
