iMas Finanace are recruiting for a number of internship programmes that are available at their company now. These include accounting internal audit and IT.
iMas Insurance Brokers Long-Term Insurance Learnership – Applications Now Open
iMas Insurance Brokers, an authorised financial services provider specialising in financing and insurance solutions, is inviting applications from unemployed individuals from previously disadvantaged and designated groups to join their internship programmes.
These internships pay R8,000 per month and start in January and February 2026.
Accountant Internship
Key Responsibilities
- Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Participate in the audit process and help ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Learn and apply financial analysis techniques to improve our financial operations
- Contribute to various finance projects, including budgeting and forecasting
- Provide support in managing accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure accuracy in all financial documentation
- Capture fixed assets, do asset count and fixed asset reconciliations
- Assist with inbound calls for member benefit queries
Internal Audit Internship
Minimum requirements:
- B-Tech/Degree in Internal Audit
- Be unemployed
- Previously disadvantaged candidates
- Not involved in other studies for the duration of the Internship
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Confident and can work well under pressure
- Valid driver’s licence
- Be able to start with the Internship on 06 January 2026
Information Technology Internship
Minimum requirements:
- A 3-year Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, BSc Information Systems, or relevant IT qualification Able to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Able to manage job pressure well
- Detail focussed as we work with sensitive data and critical business systems
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude, team player
- Must have interest in a career in information systems, business analysis, networks or IT security
- Available to start the internship programme in January 2026
