youth@WORK is a leading implementation partner for the Youth Employment Service (YES) 12-Month programme which is focused on providing quality work experience for unemployed South African Youth.
The monthly Salary is R12 000.
Requirements
- Age of 18 – 34
- South African Citizen
- Grade 12, Qualification in Digital Marketing, Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Communications
- Microsoft Office suite (Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.)
- Social Media Platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, IG etc.) including Blogs and posts across platforms
- Relevant digital content design software (Canva)
Work experience and skills
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle/ Own Transport
- Design skills for presentations and social media
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
Job responsibilities
- Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Create dynamic written, graphic and video content
- Optimise content following search engine optimisation
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Assist with large projects, events and community management
- Analyse and report on audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Manage social media communications, including scheduling, moderating, responding to messages, comments and reviews.
- Use timelines and schedule content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction, while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits.
- Attend visits, events in order to create additional content.
