Management and Support of end-user devices, applications, servers and network
Initial engagement with 3rd party OEMs for any hardware and/or software related issues
Handle incoming support requests from end users via both telephone, email or chat in a prompt and courteous manner
Prioritize, schedule and escalate issues (when required) to the appropriate L3 resource
Record, track and document helpdesk requests and problem-solving process, including all successful/unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken through to final resolution
Perform hands-on fixes at desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementation of file backups, configuring systems and applications
Perform preventative maintenance across the company infrastructure assets and resources
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end-user devices, networked devices and other associated infrastructure hardware
Develop and maintain an inventory of all IT assets

Supporting Windows 7 and above
Supporting Office 2013 and above
Supporting Office 365

Knowledge of endpoint protection tools such as EDR and Antivirus
Windows Server 2012 R2 Setup, Configuration and Administration
Veeam Backup and Replication
Hyper-V and VMWare knowledge
Business/Enterprise applications administration
Wi-Fi management
Design and media applications administration and support is considered a plus
Qualifications:
BSc Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
Microsoft certified
MAC OSX certified
