Leading automotive group Motus is inviting young South Africans to apply for its NQF Level 4 Learnership Programme, offering an opportunity to gain workplace experience, develop practical skills and build a career within the automotive industry.
This 12-month learnership is designed for unemployed youth who are eager to gain industry exposure while receiving structured training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
About The Motus Learnership Programme
The Motus Learnership Programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience, providing participants with valuable skills that can improve their employability and future career prospects.
Successful learners will work within a professional environment while gaining exposure to various operational areas of the business.
Participants will receive a monthly stipend and benefit from on-the-job training throughout the programme.
Learnership Opportunities Available
Learners may be placed in one of the following departments:
Administration
Gain experience in office administration, business processes, record keeping and general administrative support functions.
Warehouse
Develop skills related to stock management, inventory control, logistics and warehouse operations.
Operations
Learn about day-to-day business operations, workflow management and customer-focused service delivery within the automotive sector.

Learnership Requirements
To qualify for the Motus NQF Level 4 Learnership Programme, applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 29 years old
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Not have previously participated in a SETA-funded programme
- Not currently be funded by NSFAS
- Be available to commit to the full 12-month programme
- Reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the area where they are placed
