Qualifications & Experience:

• N6 Certificate in Business Administration
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
• N6 in Supply Chain and Logistics or any equivalent discipline
• N6 Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Administration and/or Project Management
• Matric / Grade 12 certificate / Completed N6 in HR or any other similar qualification
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent discipline
• Qualification in Logistics will be advantageous

The skills we need:

• Adaptability & Speed – Keeping up with rapidly changing digital landscape and being able to work in a fast paced environment
• Written Communication – Clear, persuasive writing for various audiences
• Strong Google Sheets Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Listing & Data Quality: Uploading new product data and editing existing listings for both Retail and Marketplace platforms
• Quality Checking: Reviewing data for gaps/errors and ensuring adherence to product information requirements.
• Review data for gaps or errors and escalate issues.
• Ensure adherence to product information requirements.
• Managing individual workloads and adhering to a pre-determined turnaround time

This is a 12 months contract
