Rand Water is inviting unemployed young South Africans to apply for its Public Service Administrator Learnership Programme at NQF Level 5.

About The Rand Water Learnership Programme
The Public Service Administrator Learnership forms part of Rand Water’s commitment to skills development, youth empowerment and employment creation in line with the National Skills Development Strategy III (NSDS III).
Successful learners will gain practical office administration experience while developing skills relevant to the public service and administration sectors.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the learnership, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be unemployed
- Must not be studying towards another qualification
- Must not be registered for another learnership programme
- Must not have a completed post-matric qualification
- Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
Applicants must also have Matric with one of the following subject combinations:
- Mathematics (minimum Level 4) or Maths Literacy (minimum Level 5) with Physical Science (minimum Level 4)
- Mathematics (minimum Level 4) or Maths Literacy (minimum Level 5) with Business Studies (minimum Level 4)
Application Requirements
Applicants are required to submit a SAQA/NLRD verification report, which can be obtained through the SAQA verification service.
The following documents must accompany applications:
- Certified copy of South African ID
- Certified copy of Matric certificate
- SAQA/NLRD verification report
- Updated CV
Please note that applicants with post-matric qualifications will not be considered for this learnership programme.
