Coca-Cola Unemployed Learnership: Human Resources (People with Disabilities)
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is inviting applications for an Unemployed Human Resources Learnership based in Johannesburg. This opportunity is specifically open to people living with disabilities who are looking to gain workplace experience and a recognised qualification in business administration.
About the Learnership
This learnership is offered within CCBSA’s People and Culture (Human Resources) Department and forms part of a structured, integrated learning programme. Learners will complete a NQF Level 3 Business Administration qualification, combining formal theoretical training with practical, on-the-job workplace experience over a 12-month period.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Complete the NQF Level 3 Business Administration Learnership programme
• Provide administrative support across the business, including during peak periods and staff leave cycles
• Support HR teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Participate fully in both classroom learning and structured workplace experience
Skills and Experience
• Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and results-driven approach
• Ability to work in a flexible and pressurised environment
• Self-motivated and willing to commit to the full 12-month programme
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40% pass)
• Two South African languages passed at 40% or higher
• South African citizen
• Aged between 18 and 35 years
• Unemployed at the time of appointment
• Employment Equity candidate (people with disabilities only)
• Must not have previously completed an NQF Level 3 Business Administration learnership
• Must not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies
• No criminal record or negative credit record
• Must be based in or willing to travel to the listed Johannesburg locations
Disability Requirements
Applicants must submit a valid medical letter confirming their disability. The letter must be issued by a registered medical practitioner and include a valid practice number.
Stipend
A monthly stipend will be offered in line with SETA requirements.
