About the Role
As a Business Operations Intern, you will support the Sales Operations Manager with day-to-day operational activities. The role focuses on improving sales productivity, maintaining data quality and supporting accurate forecasting and reporting. You will work closely with sales management, pre-sales teams and sales representatives while gaining valuable exposure to business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with streamlining workflows, monitoring sales pipeline health, analysing reports, supporting sales meetings, conducting customer research and providing administrative support. You will also attend customer and partner meetings, track action items and complete relevant Oracle certifications during the programme.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must hold a BCom or BSc qualification in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, IT, Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential, along with a keen interest in technology and cloud computing.
