ArcelorMittal South Africa is inviting applications for its 2026 Production Learnership Programme. This opportunity is aimed at young people who want to build a career in the manufacturing and steel production industry. Applications close on 31 January 2026.

About the Production Learnership
The company is offering a 36-month learnership for individuals with a Grade 12 qualification to train as process operators at the Vanderbijlpark Works. The programme follows a structured, outcomes-based training approach combining institutional learning with on-the-job experience. Regular assessments will help track progress throughout the learnership.
Successful candidates will sign a contractual training agreement. The bursary includes PPE, institutional training costs, personal insurance and a bursary allowance. Completion of the programme does not guarantee permanent employment.
Minimum Requirements
• A completed Grade 12 certificate
• At least 45% for English
• At least 40% for Mathematics or 50% for Mathematical Literacy
