Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) is offering a unique development opportunity for recently qualified graduates, who desire to be an integral part of the MBFS SA talent pool.
What does the MBSA Graduate Development Programme offer?
The prestigious MBSA Graduate Development Programme is aimed at developing recently qualified graduates whose ideas, ambitions, and leadership potentials will help shape the future of MBSA.
The programme enhances our talent pipeline of young people who will become future leaders capable of filling scarce skill roles within our organization. In addition, the graduate programme will include a 24-month learnership, resulting in a new qualification for all graduates who pass.

What are the criteria?
· Candidates who have recently graduated within the last 3 years.
· A South African Citizen.
· Recently qualified graduates, (with a Diploma (NQF L6)/Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQFL7) or relevant equivalent Tertiary qualification), in the following career streams:
