Sanlam Corporate is inviting applications for its YEP Learnership Programme — an exciting opportunity for young South Africans to gain valuable work experience while earning a nationally recognised qualification in wealth management.
This 12-month learnership programme aims to develop future talent by offering practical training in a corporate environment. Learners will benefit from hands-on workplace experience, structured classroom-based education, and continuous coaching and mentoring.

What the Learnership Offers:

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
– South African citizen between 18 and 35 years old
– Unemployed and not currently studying toward a tertiary qualification
– Matric with at least 50% in English, Maths, Maths Literacy or Accounting

– Willingness to commit to the 12-month learnership
– Clear criminal and credit record
– Access to reliable transport
