Programme Overview
The Learnership programme offers a unique opportunity to work with an e-waste company in Gauteng, where you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from industry professionals. This programme aims to develop your technical and soft skills, preparing you for a successful career in e-waste management.
Requirements
To be considered for this Learnership programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age: Between 18 and 35 years old
Education: Minimum of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science.
Must be from a disadvantaged background (Focus will be on quintile 1-3 schools.)
Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or educational programme.
Citizenship: South African citizen with a valid ID
Residency: Reside in Gauteng Province (proof of residence required)
Skills: Basic computer literacy and good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Attributes: Self-motivated eager to learn, and able to work well in a team environment.

Duration: The Learnership is a 1 year fixed contract.
