TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa (Pty) Ltd is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme at its Lubricant Manufacturing Plant in Durban. This opportunity is open to South African youth who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a leading global energy company while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

About the Learnership
This 12-month learnership offers structured workplace training and practical exposure at TotalEnergies’ Lubricants Manufacturing Plant. It aims to provide unemployed youth with valuable industry experience in an operational environment, helping them develop essential technical and professional skills.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the TotalEnergies Lubricant Manufacturing Plant Learnership, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- Have an NTC4 Engineering qualification in one of the following fields: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial.
- Be a South African youth with no previous work experience.
- Possess a TVCET qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management (advantageous, but not required).

- A recent and updated CV.
- A certified copy of qualifications (not older than 3 months).
