As a Milling Apprentice, you will undergo a structured two-year training program designed to develop your technical expertise in wheat and maize milling operations. This apprenticeship blends theoretical learning with practical experience, preparing you for a career as a qualified Miller capable of managing production facilities, ensuring food safety, and optimizing operational efficiency.
