Momentum Learnership Programme: Applications Now Open
Momentum Group is offering unemployed South African youth the opportunity to kick-start their careers through its 12-month Learnership Programme. This initiative is part of Momentum’s Youth Development Strategy and forms part of the Youth Employment Service (YES), which aims to reduce unemployment and build future-ready skills. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend while gaining valuable workplace experience.

Programme Overview
During the learnership, participants will gain exposure to Momentum Investments and experience working across various departments, including Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Client Services. Learners will also take part in skills development activities to strengthen communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Momentum Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• South African citizens aged 18 – 25
• Currently unemployed
• First-time participant in the YES Programme
• Relevant qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate) in one of the following areas:
– Finance, Accounting, Tax or Audit
– IT, Information Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, AI, Python or SQL, Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Intelligence
– Investment Management
– Law (LLB)
– Learning & Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
