Flash Forward Productions is on the hunt for a dynamic energic Salesman to join our team; one of SA’s leading film, TV, video and AV companies, where hard work, team collaboration and fun are at the forefront of our culture. We are dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality services to some of SA’s Biggest Blue-chip corporates and agencies; and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be a driven self-motivated individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and with prior experience in either the film, TV, video, advertising, media and / or events industry. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the industry and play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company with unlimited earning potential.
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the film, TV, video, media, AV and / or events industry.
· Existing Relationships with Large blue chip clients, Ad Agencies, AV companies and / or Government Sectors
· An understanding of sales psychology
· A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
· A high vibrant energy, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Strong relationship building and networking abilities
· An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and driven to succeed
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders
· Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals
· Drafting detailed quotations and invoices
· Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities to stay ahead of the competition.
We offer a competitive salary package of R25 000 – R35 000 basic + an inciting commission structure with an earning potential of up to R1million per annum, as well as ongoing training, networking and development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative working environment.
