What You Will Do
As a FirstJob learner at RMB, you will contribute to various business functions while building your professional skills. Your daily responsibilities may include:

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the RMB FirstJob Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Hold a completed diploma or degree in one of the following fields:
Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or Human Resources
• Be between 18 and 34 years old
• Be unemployed for at least six months at the time of application
• Be a South African citizen
• Have no prior permanent employment
• Have not previously participated in a learnership programme
• Not be currently studying
• Have no prior work experience within the FirstRand Group
