Pepkor Lifestyle, part of one of South Africa’s largest wholesale and retail groups, is offering exciting opportunities through a 12-month Graduate Programme and an 18-month TVET Work Integrated Learning internship, funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA.
This programme is designed to give young graduates and TVET students meaningful, hands-on experience across Pepkor’s brands, systems, and operations. Participants will gain valuable exposure to the retail industry while developing leadership and professional skills needed for long-term career success.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Applicants should hold a degree or diploma in one of the following fields:
– Marketing Management
– Business Management / Business Administration
– Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
– Digital Marketing / Ecommerce
– IT Project Administration / Project Management
– IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology
– TVET College graduates (for the 18-month Work Integrated Learning internship)
