Motus Aftermarket Parts invites motivated and unemployed South African youth to apply for its 12-month Learnership Programme in Wholesale and Retail Operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about the automotive parts industry and eager to gain practical and theoretical experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
The learnership leads to a Level 3 National Certificate in Wholesale & Retail Operations and combines structured learning with hands-on training at Motus branches located in Emalahleni and Johannesburg, Gauteng.
What the Learnership Covers:
Learners will rotate through various departments to gain real-world exposure and build essential industry skills. Training areas include:
- Warehouse operations – picking, binning, and packing
- Retail and sales functions
- Administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be aged between 18 and 25
- Currently unemployed and not studying
- Hold a diploma qualification
- Have a clear criminal record
- No prior work experience

- Updated CV
- Certified copy of your South African ID (not older than 3 months)
- Certified copy of your Matric certificate (not older than 3 months)
