About the Internship
The internship programme provides an opportunity for successful candidates to join MiWay’s Business Insurance Department. Interns will gain experience by working closely with the sales and support teams, learning key aspects of commercial insurance operations and customer engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Standard 10 certificate
- A 1-year certificate or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 7
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sales and support functions within the Business Insurance team
- Engage with commercial sales teams and clients
- Perform administrative and record-keeping duties
- Assist with data processing, reporting, and compliance
- Contribute to process improvement and customer satisfaction
