Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through outbound calls.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ insurance needs and financial situations over the phone.
Policy Presentation: Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of various long-term insurance policies to clients.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals and claims assistance.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice to clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term insurance sales.
Matric certificate.
No criminal record.
Clear credit history.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships over the phone.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
