SAFCOL invites unemployed youth aged 18 to 35 who wish to pursue a career in Forestry to apply for a 10-month learnership program. Successful applicants will engage in a formal and structured Learnership Program (NQF Level 3), which includes accredited theoretical and practical training.
This program aims to provide unemployed youth with valuable workplace exposure, enhancing their competitiveness in the job market. There are various learnerships available at SAFCOL:
MECHANIZED HARVESTING LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME – 2026
Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must be an unemployed youth ages (18 to 35)
- Must have successfully passed matric (Grade 12)
- Must have passion for forestry environment and able to work outdoors
SILVICULTURE NQF LEVEL 3- LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME – 2026

- Must have a passion for the forestry environment and be able to work outdoors
