Leading food company RCL FOODS is recruiting now for their operations Learnership programme which runs for 12 months.
The RCL Foods Learnership runs for 12 months and includes mentorship and coaching that covers the full baking process. This SETA-accredited programme provides successful learners with a formal SAQA-endorsed qualification.
Throughout the year, participants will gain hands-on experience that meets the requirements of both RCL Foods and the SETA.
The Supreme Siyabhaka Academy focuses on developing skilled, employable young professionals for the baking industry, building awareness of RCL baking brands as leaders in quality and excellence, and raising baking standards across the sector to improve customer experience and strengthen relationships.
To qualify, applicants must have a Grade 12 certificate with hospitality studies and maths literacy. Computer literacy in MS Office is an advantage. Candidates should be motivated to achieve results, eager to learn and grow, and able to think creatively with a problem-solving mindset.
