About the Junior Learner Programme
The programme is designed to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while giving learners exposure to key HR functions.
Successful candidates will gain experience in:

The aim is to develop essential HR skills and contribute to the effective delivery of HR services within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend and participate in all workplace learning experiences aligned with development objectives

• Assist with ad hoc duties to support team performance
• Complete required tracking, reporting and general administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements
