Associate Engineer Graduate (IT)
We are looking for a passionate and talented IT graduate to join our innovative IT company. You will work with our tech-savvy staff to ensure the smooth running of their IT equipment and the systems they depend on. You’ll be an essential part of improvements as we strive for perfection. You will need to possess outstanding communication skills and have an enthusiastic disposition. We are looking for someone with a proactive, team spirited attitude that can bring experience and initiative.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Helpdesk call management and remote support assistance
- Hands on support and problem solving of real live IT cases
- Involvement and co-ordination of projects, both locally and globally
- Ensure SLA and Customer Satisfaction are adhered to
- Regional and global team membership
- Workstation and networking device management and configuration, upgrades and deployment
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Basic active directory administration, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge Base and KEDB usage and advising on shortcomings
- Escalate issues within timescales allowed
- Third Party Case logging and assigning cases
- Meeting rooms audio visual checks
- Deployment of laptops using imaging technology (Intunes/JAMF)
- Case Management
- Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain IT inventory and asset registry
- Project and non-project related tasks as and when assigned
- Onboarding/Offboarding of new staff and leavers
- Assist with office user moves internally related to IT equipment
- After hours or overtime work as and when necessary
You’ll need:
- Degree or diploma in IT
- ITIL foundation certification beneficial
