About the Technical Support Learnership
As a Technical Learner at the Apple iStore, you’ll work directly with experienced technicians in-store, helping customers resolve issues and get the most out of their devices. You’ll be part of a vibrant, customer-focused tech team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers in-store and over the phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new Apple products
- Educate customers on how to use their Apple devices effectively
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer support interactions
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure smooth daily operations
Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for the Apple iStore Technical Internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Completed Matric (Grade 12)
- A+ and N+ IT Certification
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience using ticketing systems is an advantage
