Apprenticeship -Fitter & Turner
RCL FOODS is seeking X2 Fitter & Turner Aprrentices to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Krugersdorp and reports to the Maintenance Foreman.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- N3 as a minimum. N4 to N6 would be preferred.
- Required N3 subjects:
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Industrial electronics
- Electrical trade theory/ Electrical technology / Electrotechnology
- Fitting and machining/ Mechanical Technology/ Mechanotechnology
- Proof of the successful completion of a formal Institutionalised Training Programme is essential.
- Sound knowledge and experience of Safety, Health and Environmental Legislation and standards applicable to field of work
- Skills to troubleshoot, repair and maintain structural components of all equipment within area of responsibility.
- Valid EB / Code 8 Drivers License
- Computer literacy – MS Office Suite
- Be prepared to work shifts, do standby duties, callouts, and work overtime
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Requirements
- S4 subjects in Industrial Engineering or National Diploma -looking for practicals in order to graduate
- Currently studyig degree in Industrial Engineering would also be advantageous
- Strong knowledge in work-study, operations management, facilities and material handling
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools and advance Excel
- High analytical with excellent communication
- Active team player, achievement & deadline orientation and process driven.

Operations Production Management Internship
RCL FOODS is seeking Operations & Production Intern to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Krugersdorp and reports to the Production Manager.
Requirements
- The intern must have achieved an NQF level 5 or completed all S5 theoretical training in any of the following fields:
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Operations Management
- Electrical Engineering:
- Electronic
- Power
- Process Control & Computer Systems
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Subjects passed with an average 50% at NQF Level 5
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
