iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, is inviting applications for its Key Account Internship Programme. This 12-month internship is ideal for graduates who are eager to gain practical workplace experience in stakeholder engagement, sales and customer service within the financial services sector.

About the Key Account Internship
As a Key Account Intern at iMasFinance, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience that supports both personal growth and business objectives.

Internship: Lending & Financing (Centurion)
iMas is also recruiting for their Lending and Financing internship.
Key Learning Outcomes and Responsibilities
- Process personal loans, vehicle financing applications and other iMasFinance products.
- Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions.
- Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability.
- Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships.
- Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals.
- Resolve complaints and manage customer service experience and service delivery.
- Establish and maintain relationships with members, stakeholders and dealerships.
- Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries.
- Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
- Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering.
Minimum requirements:
- A Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Management, or related.
- Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
- Driver’s license is advantageous
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the iMasFinance internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
A Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A valid driver’s licence will be an advantage.
