IT Development Programme (OUTcubator) will be an 18 months programme to develop and enhance a particular IT learning path with accredited certification as part of the process.

Participants will get exposed to various IT Skillsets, take part in a personal skills development and mentor programme, get to work on real products and work with smart IT people on challenging projects, where there is an opportunity to make a real difference beyond the bottom line.

Programme Structure
- Months 0 – 2: Complete fundamental learning paths across various disciplines to gain wider knowledge facilitated by team manager
- Months 2- 4: Enhance on particular learning path
- Month 6-14: On the job work and experience and completion of relevant certification
- Months 14-18: Deepening Practical Skills and Career Preparation Efforts (incl. Drafting of Resume and Interview Skills)

- Matric or equivalent.
- Must have completed a Diploma or above in IT or related qualifications.

- Be a South African citizen
- Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
