I am recruiting for an Industrial Relations Specialist vacancy within our HR Department.
Min Requirements:
– Degree in HR / IR.
– 5 years of experience in a similar role.
– CCMA (Con/Arb) experience.
– Ability to formulate, revise and implement policies and procedures.
– Experience in DOEL Compliance.
– Administration skills.
– Reporting experience.
